It's either she miss one or the numbers or she just didn't buy but thought of the number. Grrr.....maybe God doesn't want us to struck lottery. Fated. Just finished a job assignment at TNT Warehouse. Just 3 days, quite slacky job and at the same time, earn good cash! My life's totally losing its meaning..... Nothing really excites me. Eat, work, TV, out. Kinda dead to me. I wanna travel...so badly! I wanna go.....
Hokkaido... And so many more! I wanna do voluntary work at Cambodia or Philippines next time.

Monday, August 24, 2009 @12:05 PMNothing beats having my favourite food for lunch on a lazy Saturday. Isaac brought me and Glenn to have Italian food at somewhere deep in Bukit Timah. The Vongole was really good, with super big clam meat! Loveeeee it!    Mouth Watering Pacific Clams Linguine with Red Sauce i'm gonna try the one with white wine sauce next time.  This is their neighoring shop that is opened by the sister and the pastries and cakes were really really beautiful....and it taste superb too! I would definitely give it a try next time!  Caught The Proposal today at Jurong Point. It's a very nice movie to me in my point of view. This is definitely the kind of movie i like to watch. Yes IPP has ended, and updates of life after IPP. I'm missing...
I actually let out a tear when i step out of the building last friday. The thought of a long farewell and leaving my team.... Oh man, i just couldn't help it mah! To have been more bonded with the colleagues was the only regret that i had for this internship. I was really too quiet and don't really talk much to my team unless they talk to me. I'm just a silent worker. Sighs, come to think of it, it was really wasted. The Jin Hui you guys know where got 'quiet' ? Hahaha. Saturday was a escapade to JB for a chill chill relax relax. I love going JB as it is a good place for a short 散散心。Great and cheap food there too! Sunday was spent at home with family...and sleeping and a nicer dinner at Kim San Leng. Monday was job interview for IT fair...and hiak...i was successful! Got home and went out for a movie, UP. Okay la, not too bad! Bought a jeans at UNI-QLO too! Tuesday was like a 'running errands' day with Glenn. Followed Glenn, along with Cheryl with his car to Acer to fix his laptop, then to LG to get his fridge bulb, and finally...we managed to catch Where Got Ghost in time at Jurong Point. Yet another lame movie from Jack Neo. But if you call yourself a Singaporean, then just support support watch watch lah. Wednesday was mahjong session at Danielle's house with Cheryl and Gary. Had a great time laughing at Gary's jokes. Ate damn bloody shiok crabs for dinner which cost me to burn a hole in my wallet! :( But nevertheless, the day was great and dinner was beyond great! More sessions please, Danielle! Will upload photos as soon as i get them! 'Do what you have to do in order to do what you want to do.' Sighs. Am i? I really don't know. crack crack crack

Saturday, August 15, 2009 @1:40 AMIt has all come to an end. My 12 weeks of Internship at NOL. I just hate the feeling of saying long goodbye, or rather a farewell. I don't know, i just don't like it. It makes me sad. Mixed emotions? Certainly... I'm thankful for everything this internship. I'm thankful for all the guidance and help everyone has given me! I'm thankful for the grade my OIC has given me too! So shocked to receive a testimonial from them! Kekeke.... All the best to everyone in Global Sales, Marketing and Customer Support Dept! It's a freaking long and tiring day for me today. But nevertheless, i had lots and lots of fun today and i'm very happy :) Anyway, updates. First up, BITC Batch 9 BBQ at Jake's House on the 25th July. It was great seeing everyone again after some time. Felt quite apologetic for Jake for leaving without clearing up the mess and everything else. But all in all, it was alright. :)  MAHJONG SESSION!     It was also a mini birthday celebration. It was really really funny for Jacintha trying hard to blow off all the 'prank' candles! And the saliva left by Jake's maid on the cake. Eeeeew! But, HAPPY 20th Birthday Jacintha!   A nice photo to wrap up Took part in the Mini Relay Team Challenge for my company. I'm not doing all the 3 but only swimming. That's what i think i'm only good at. Got up early in the day at like 5.30am. Oh man. This is a timing that i will never want to wake up if i have a choice not to. ECP was heavily flooded with tons and tons of people. Anyway, i was so happy with myself for being the top 5 swimmers to emerge out of the sea water during our wave. It's my first time doing this kind of stuff! *grins humbly* The most difficult part was the aftermath after the swim where you have to run to pass the tag to the cyclist after you come out of the water. But nevertheless, i ran with all my mighty mights! I was still so afriad before that as i cant imagine myself having my head submerged in the water and...SWIM! I got a sudden thought to take part in the swim next year again....but i will need a team. If not i have to do the cycling and running also....which is ultra madness. I think i better quit this mad thought of me. I'm so skinny and all and i'm not some superman.  Team NOLimits......WOOSH!   With Gionel from Global Sales too and my team  With some of the NOL people   Team RX027! Rashidah, Aveline (an intern from my neighboring dept, Global Marketing) and me. Had lunch after that with some, headed home, bathed, took a nap and headed out for Wai Keong's 21st. LONG AND TIRING DAY! Photos of the birthday soon. |
